Seriously, steer clear of this place! I ordered a dress on April 7th with a promise of 2-4 day shipping. By May 3rd, I still hadn’t gotten it, so I reached out via email and Instagram. After getting no help, I emailed again on May 11th, and they asked if I wanted the item or a refund. Since it had been over a month, I didn’t need the dress anymore and opted for a refund. By May 31st, still no refund, so I had to message them again on Instagram. And guess what? Nothing. Now it’s July 12th—THREE MONTHS since I placed my order—and I’m still waiting for my money back. I even had to comment on one of their Instagram posts to get a response, but they deleted my comment! I’m left with no choice but to contact my bank to report fraud since they refuse to refund me. Absolutely awful customer service and a shady company! Just don’t order from here.

I absolutely adored the dress I got in a size xsmall, and it fits perfectly. The fabric is just fantastic! Their prices are great for such quality. I would totally recommend this shop, thanks a bunch.

Honestly, the customer support I received was top-notch. I ordered a dress for my girlfriend, but the package didn’t arrive on time because of USPS issues. I reached out to TEB to check on the situation, and here’s the kicker: they apologized even though it wasn’t their fault and sent me another dress at no charge for the trouble.
